1st Monday of every month –
- @ Home Centre, 2 Clark Street, Airdrie, 4-5pm
- Shotts Healthy Living Centre, Kirk Road, Shotts, 5.30-6.30pm
2nd Monday of every month –
- ASDA Hamilton Superstore, Palace Grounds Road, 1.00-2.30pm
- Larkhall Community Centre, 19 Montgomery Street, Larkhall, 4-5pm
- Hillhouse and Earnock Community Centre, 121 Hillhouse Road, 5.30-6.30pm
3rd Monday of every month –
- Greenpark Community Centre, Greenpark Drive, Polmont, 4.30-5.30pm
- Grangemouth Community Education Unit, Abbots Road, Grangemouth, 6.00-7.00pm
